WHAT can be returned?
Wrong size? No worries! You can bring your items back to the store for a quick swap over, otherwise send it back and we will send you a replacement. Items must be in original condition (original tags, not washed, labelled etc).

HOW do customers return items?
Please log into your account and click on Resolution Centre to start the return process.
For online orders - please return with a copy of your receipt with your contact details, either instore or via post. Postage costs to be paid for by customer.
For instore orders - pop by our store with your receipt and we can swap it over.
SHIPPING for returns?
All shipping return costs to be paid for by customer. However, we understand sizing can be a little tricky sometimes, so we'll cover the postage of the replacement items for your first order & send it back to you free of charge, once we receive the items from you.
CREDIT for returns?
Not quite ready for a replacement? We can issue you a credit with our store that has a 48 month expiry date.
We also offer refunds for items returned within 7 days, minus postage costs. Items must have a receipt to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed minus the Visa/Mastercard/AMEX processing fee, which is usually around 1.8%.
Please note, a full refund, including shipping, will be available in the instance of major faults/defects.
Do items need to be in original packaging for returns?
Items must be returned in original condition with all original tags attached, where applicable.
